Founded in West Memphis, Arkansas, we have established an impressive portfolio managing and building turn-key commercial and industrial construction projects, with projects totaling up to $50 million individually and $700 million collectively.
With nearly 25 years of combined staff experience, we have cultivated expertise across multiple construction disciplines, allowing us to handle projects of varying scopes and complexity. Our portfolio shows our versatility and skill, from healthcare facilities and educational institutions to commercial establishments and custom residential homes.

Serenia Curtis, the owner and President of Curtis' Construction Company, is an award-winning commercial and residential General Contractor, philanthropist, and community advocate. A native of West Memphis, Arkansas and graduate of Arkansas State University, Serenia has built her construction enterprise from the ground up through persistence, determination, and a commitment to excellence.
Her journey began providing janitorial services for houses and commercial buildings, while developing specialized techniques in concrete staining and engraving. Through years of dedication and investment in her own professional development, Serenia has honed transferable skills across various construction trades, allowing her business to evolve and expand.
Under her leadership, Curtis' Construction has built schools, college buildings, medical facilities, and custom residential homes throughout the Mid-South. Notable projects include Baptist Memorial Hospital and Chick-Fil-A in West Memphis, AR; Baptist Memorial Hospital Germantown, Memphis Shelby County Schools, University of Tennessee Dentistry, and Shelby County Health Department in Tennessee; and Ozark Medical Center in Missouri.
Serenia's exceptional work and business acumen have earned her numerous accolades, including the Black Minority Business Association of Memphis' Outstanding Construction Contracting Award, the City of West Memphis' Mighty Woman of Valor Award and Entrepreneur of the Year recognition, The Robert R. Church Scalable Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise Business of the Year Nominations in 2018 and 2019, and the Roberta Jackson's Women's Trailblazer Award. In 2025, she was selected as an inaugural inductee into the City of West Memphis Parks and Recreation's Community Hall of Fame.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Serenia is deeply committed to community service. She consistently donates to causes focused on community empowerment, leads family appreciation events, and partners with organizations that educate, uplift, and unify citizens. Through her company 3 B's Property Rentals, she provides homes for low-income families while advocating for generational wealth building.Serenia's vision continues to drive Curtis' Construction Company forward, inspiring women and minorities to pursue their dreams while giving back to the community.
